Kofixx Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how the Kofixx website and app use cookies and similar browser storage. It expands on Section 9 ("Cookies and Website Tracking") of our Privacy Policy. If anything here appears to differ from the Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy applies.

1. Essential Storage

The Kofixx website and app use essential browser storage to keep you signed in (including a "keep me signed in" choice you can turn off), to remember your device for security checks, and to hold your cookie choice and preferences. These are needed for the Platform to work and are always active.

2. Local Storage

Some of this essential information is kept in your browser's local storage rather than in cookies — for example your cookie choice and your preferences. It stays on your device and is used only to make Kofixx work for you.

3. Sign-in and Session Storage

When you sign in, your browser stores a session so you stay signed in as you move between pages. If you turn off "keep me signed in", your session is not kept after you close the browser. Signing out removes your session from the browser.

4. Analytics

On our public pages we also use Google Analytics 4. It is switched off by default: the cookie notice you see on your first visit gates it, and the Google Analytics script is only downloaded and run if you choose "Accept". If you decline or dismiss the notice, no analytics cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google. We do not use any of this for third-party advertising, and we do not sell the data it produces.

5. Changing Your Choice

Your cookie choice is stored in your browser. To change it later, clear your browser data (cookies and site data) for Kofixx — the cookie notice will appear again on your next visit and you can make a new choice. Clearing site data will also sign you out.
